Extensive health data analysis

I found a useful purpose for AI to summarise and analyse two years worth of Samsung Health data recorded by smart watch and phone.
Samsung enables backup of personal data in a massive dump, and unfortunately there's no way to specify a given period.
The download size was 140MB zipped, containing thousands of files. There's no easy way that I could have made sense of all that information to identify trends and general wellbeing.
I asked Claude to help with that task. After about an hour, and with AI writing a Python script to sort through various CVS tables, I had an impressive dashboard with clear, easy-to-read personal information.
It came in a single HTML (web) file, which I've kept on my personal computer to open in a private web browser.
I particularly wanted to see data for steps, heart rate and sleep. I also imported sporadic blood pressure reports from another app.
I told Claude that I started getting arthritis in my big toes in early October 2025.
The screenshot above shows how my average steps per day reduced after that time, but they are slowly recovering as I'm currently in a pain-free phase.
The dashboard reports that my resting heart rate is better than average for my age at 65. My sleep should be better and my blood pressure needs attention.
I knew all these things, but it's nice to have it validated and displayed visually.
